Dorothy McKinnon, LCSW, LADC

Dorothy has 20 years of experience in working with mental health and substance abuse services. She graduated with her MSW from Texas A&M University- Commerce in 2002.  She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She has worked as a therapist, clinical director and has been the Executive Director since 2012.

Krista Carswell, LCSW

Krista began her career as a Case Manager and Behavioral Rehabilitation Specialist. She graduated from Texas A&M University – Commerce with her MSW and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She worked for many years as a therapist and has been Clinical Director since 2017.

Pam Amling

Pam moved from Alaska to Antlers, OK to be closer to family. She is dedicated to helping the agency continue to grow by finding qualified employees and helping them navigate the onboarding process. She works with all employees to ensure they can access a full array of benefits offered, as well as searching for and developing future employees to help with the continued success of the company.
